Providing Support

During the coronavirus outbreak, we are able to continue to provide one to one therapy using Skype, Facetime and Zoom.

Greenacre CBT offers therapy services using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness to people in Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire and Cambridgeshire.

Approved to provide CBT by most medical insurers including BUPA, Vitality, Axa, Aviva, Beneden, Nuffield Health.

Joy is qualified to provide psychological support for long term conditions ie. Parkinsons, chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS), fybromyalgia (FMS), diabetes.
