Clinical Supervision

I offer clinical supervision for individuals and small groups from my consulting room in Bedfordshire. Alternatively, supervision can be offered via Zoom, Teams, Skype or Facetime.

Previously I have provided clinical supervision for the University of Hertfordshire P/G Diploma in CBT, which trains NHS sponsored and other people wishing to become CBT therapists. I have also supervised qualified and trainee staff in my clinical leadership role in IAPT as well as mental health practitioners using CBT in their clinical practice.

Supervision provides:-

A safe confidential space to discuss clinical issues arising in CBT treatment
An opportunity to discuss the CBT treatment protocols.
Development of the skills needed to be a CBT therapist.
Help to progress professional development
Opportunities to increase knowledge and reflective practice
Support with any professional issues that might arise, like complaints to official bodies.

My goal for supervisees is to enable them to enjoy their work, develop their clinical skills and make great improvements in the lives of their patients.
